Our whole bean coffee comes in three different roasts … Medium (our favorite), Café (a multi-colored blend of medium, medium/dark, and dark roasts), and Dark (great for espresso).

The label on the front of our bag is a painting by local Hawaiian artist, Kathy Long, of the entrance to our farm. We are located on the slopes of Mauna Kea at an elevation of 2,500 to 2,800 feet on the lush Hamakua Coast of the Big Island above the town of Honoka’a. The cold air coming down from the mountain flows right through our farm and gives us very cool nights. This results in an extended amount of time that it takes for the coffee cherries to ripen and enhances the body and flavor of the roasted coffee. In addition, our soil is different from that on the leeward, drier Kona side of the Big Island. Mauna Kea is about 1 million years old and last erupted 4,500 years ago. Its soil has developed a rich, fertile quality. Thus, much like a fine wine, our coffee has an exceptional taste due to its particular climate and soil. Our coffee is soft and smooth with a robust and balanced finish ... “Paradise in a Cup!”

The price is $32.50 for half a pound and $65 for one pound (whole bean only, please be sure to specify roast) plus delivery by USPS Priority Mail as follows:

Posted by Unknown on 3rd May 2016

We first experienced this coffee at Merriman's in Waimea on the Big Island. Prepared using a French press it has wonderful flavor and no trace of bitterness. We have been buying it and enjoying at home ever since.

A most excellent and awesome Ahualoa coffee! The bean size is Huge! Kudos to the person in charge of roasting! The caf'e is close to perfect for me. I'm still trying to find the right ratio with what I use. You all definitely have the process down solid! Makes me wish I still had my farm. Mahalo and Aloha!

    Smooth and Sweet

Posted by Kate Smailer on 16th Dec 2015

We have been ordering coffee from the Big Island for many years. We found this coffee while at a Farmer's Market above Waimea. Several locals raved about this coffee so we got several 1/2 lb. bags. Wow, what a treat. We got the medium roast. This coffee has a rich, sweet and smooth robust coffee flavor with no acid. We have ordered several more pounds and will continue ordering for ourselves and gifts for friends! So glad we found you!

    Seriously Good Coffee

Posted by Victoria on 7th Dec 2015

I enjoy this coffee year-round myself, and everywhere I take it (and I take it everywhere), people LOVE it! Also, if you are looking for a very low acid coffee that's easy on your stomach, this is seriously the way to go. Oh, and the owners are super nice people, too!!

    Delicious!

Posted by Unknown on 2nd Dec 2015

This coffee is rich flavored and smoothly delicious. We have been buying our coffee from a friend in Kona for 15 years and were sad when he recently retired. We have been searching for another source and were thrilled when we found this coffee. We will definitely be regular customers.

    Morning Jo makes me Go!

Posted by Mat on 21st Nov 2015

No morning would be complete without my morning Jo.
I really enjoy the full-bodied taste and aroma of my Hawaiian cloud coffee. The moment I get up in the morning to the wonderful aroma of coffee already hot and ready in the coffee maker (I preset the machine to perk just before my daily alarm goes off at 5:00am.) Its the perfect start to my day every day.
